1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by a User on the pgtoto platform, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming records.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means the amount of money staked by a User on a gaming event or outcome through the pgtoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and active bonuses.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits or free bets awarded to Users subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit identification documents to confirm their identity, age, and residency.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, customer support, and related services provided by pgtoto.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from a User's Account balance to their registered bank account or payment method.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use pgtoto Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pgtoto strictly enforces age restrictions and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Underage gambling is prohibited under all circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted and accessible.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any country where pgtoto Services are restricted or prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with pgtoto. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same person, we reserve the right to suspend or close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses. Duplicate accounts may be identified through matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other verification methods.

2.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials. Any bets placed or winnings accrued through unauthorized Account access will be void.

3Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must choose a strong password and must not share your credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pgtoto customer support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pgtoto is required by law and our licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as your Indonesian National ID card or KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including withdrawal limitations or Account suspension.

3.3 Verification Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. You may deposit funds and place bets while verification is pending, but withdrawal requests will not be processed until your Account is fully verified.

3.4 Data Accuracy

All information and documents you provide must be genuine, accurate, and up-to-date. Submitting forged, altered, or false documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. pgtoto reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents through third-party verification services.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pgtoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and Account status. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are usually instant. pgtoto does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your verified identity. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing may take up to 72 hours during peak periods or for additional security verification. Funds will be transferred to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 1-3 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

4.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. This requirement applies to prevent money laundering and abuse of our payment processing systems. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each promotional offer.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

pgtoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Suspicious activities may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

pgtoto offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, expiration dates, and game restrictions. Bonus terms will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communicated via email at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 8x, 10x, 20x). For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 8x wagering requires Rp 8,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages will be specified in each bonus's terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Users may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Users or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Bonuses are intended for recreational play and are subject to maximum bet limits while active. Exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

pgtoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or any other activity that exploits promotional offers beyond their intended recreational purpose. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

5.5 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

pgtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual Users from specific promotions at our sole discretion.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on pgtoto are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections and stake amounts carefully before confirming any wager. Accidental bets due to user error will not be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing bodies. If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific settlement rules will apply as outlined in our sports betting rules section. For football betting (including Asian handicap markets popular in Indonesia), standard industry rules apply. In case of disputes regarding match outcomes or settlement, pgtoto's decision is final.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG algorithms or physical casino equipment and cannot be influenced by pgtoto or any third party. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific session results.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

pgtoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or accumulated winnings from specific games or promotions. Maximum payout limits will be communicated in game rules or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits may be capped at the stated maximum.

6.5 Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or system failures affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, pgtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to software bugs, incorrect odds feeds, server errors, or display issues. Users must report any suspected technical errors immediately to customer support.

6.6 Game Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, your bets and game state will be saved on our servers. Upon reconnection, you can resume the game round where it was interrupted. For games where disconnection affects the outcome, standard game rules apply, and bets will be settled according to the actual game result recorded on our servers.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgtoto platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any device, software, bot, or strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or give you an unfair advantage, including card counting in live dealer games, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or colluding with other players.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person, whether using the same or different personal information, to abuse bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds. All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using pgtoto Services for money laundering purposes, including depositing funds from illegal sources or making minimal bets solely to transfer funds without genuine gameplay.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your Account, or providing false information regarding your age.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with other persons or allowing others to place bets using your Account.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pgtoto staff or other users, including via chat functions or customer support channels.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack pgtoto software, systems, or security measures.
• Arbitrage Betting: Engaging in coordinated betting across multiple platforms to exploit odds differences for guaranteed profit.

Users found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate Account suspension, bet voiding, winnings forfeiture, and potential legal action. pgtoto cooperates with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute illegal activities.

8Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

pgtoto strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to our Services. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to Services for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or technical issues. pgtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 No Warranty

The pgtoto Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements or that the software will be error-free or secure from unauthorized access.

8.3 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are possible. pgtoto is not responsible for any losses you incur while using our Services. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. We strongly encourage all Users to review our Responsible Gaming page and utilize available tools for setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks.

8.4 Third-Party Content

pgtoto may display third-party content, including odds feeds, live streaming, game software, and payment processing services provided by external vendors. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or performance of third-party content or services. Any disputes arising from third-party services should be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pgtoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

9Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any active bets will be settled, and your remaining balance (excluding any active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagering requirements are fulfilled. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. You may not create a new Account after voluntary closure without pgtoto's written permission.

9.2 pgtoto-Initiated Suspension or Termination

pgtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behavior toward staff, multiple Account creation, bonus abuse, or any activity deemed harmful to pgtoto's business interests or other users.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. pgtoto reserves the right to charge an inactive Account maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month, deducted from your Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account. You will receive email notification before any inactive Account fees are applied.

9.4 Obligations Upon Termination

Upon Account termination, you must immediately cease all use of pgtoto Services. Any outstanding obligations to pgtoto (including payment of fees, resolution of disputes, or compliance with investigations) survive Account termination.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgtoto is licensed to operate. pgtoto operates as an offshore platform serving the Indonesian market in compliance with applicable international gaming standards.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pgtoto Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff.

10.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
